Late Policy Please note that time is important, so please be on time to your appointment. I schedule out my day so it runs smoothly, if you are late, my appointments start to run together and my time is compromised. After 10 minutes past your appointment time, you will have a $10 late fee OR your appointment may be cancelled. Please also note that if your appointment has to be cancelled because of you being late, a 50% fee will need to be paid before you can book again. Fill Policy You must have 40% of your lashes (for 2 week fills) & 30% of your lashes (for 3 week fills) AFTER all outgrown lashes are removed to have a fill service! If you have anything less, you will need to pay for a full set. Please book correctly so that the right amount of time is scheduled for your appointment. If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to contact me and ask. 7 Day Touchups Are just what the title suggests, a touchup that takes place within 7 days. 8 days or later will be charged as a 2 week fill. Touchups are NOT fills, they are to touchup lashes in case you have rubbed some away, etc. Usually only the inner corners are what need TOUCHED up during that time but does differ between clients. If you are unsure, please contact me. Touchups take 30 minutes or less vs an hour FILL so I want to be sure you are scheduled correctly Extra Guests There is to be absolutely no extra guests at this time unless they are also getting a service done, this will help ensure you and I both can be our most relaxed throughout your appointment. If you bring a guest with you you will be turned away and charged 50% of your appointment for the cancellation. Refunds I do not give refunds of any sort. Deposits All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Cancellations & No Call No Shows Any cancellations made 24 hours or less in time, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No call no shows are charged in full. You will not be able to book again if your card on file is declined, until the fee is paid. Aftercare I do all I can during your appointment to ensure your lashes last until your next appointment. The most important thing is your aftercare! Cancellation Policy
There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your total for any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. There is fee of 100% of your total for any and all no call no shows.
